For deliveries to Canada, additional import duties and customs charges may apply. These are levied at the port of entry and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

DISPATCH TIMES
Our team works Monday through Friday, and all orders are dispatched on these days. We aim to dispatch all Wellbeing orders within 2 business days. However, this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including relevant tracking information if a tracked service has been selected. Our customer service team is available for any queries you may have.

Please note: Oversized items can take up to 5 business days to be dispatched.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
All orders are sent via USPS or by courier service (UPS, FedEx, DHL). As our couriers will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day, please provide an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left (e.g., with a neighbor). A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
For international deliveries, USPS works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.
ROW Exclusions
To offer the best service, we send all overseas orders by USPS or courier. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $300 except to the following countries: Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. For international orders under $300, shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight and will be added to your order at checkout.
